We’re proud to introduce Hernando Intermediate School (HIS) — a brand-new school with a bold vision, opening its doors for the first time in the 2025–2026 school year. While our building once served as Hernando Middle, we've transformed these walls into a launchpad for over 750 4th and 5th grade learners to roar with courage, act with respect, and lead with pride.

At HIS, we are building something special: a school where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow. We’re laying the foundation for a culture rooted in strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence.

Our school may be new, but our purpose is clear. This is a place where students grow strong minds and kind hearts.
