We are so thankful you are interested in volunteering to help and proctor our state testing days! Before signing up for a day and time, please make sure that you understand the following:
1) You will be required to stand and walk around for at least three hours while students are testing.
2) You will be required to attend a test training before state testing begins. Reach out to Kimberly Nevels for a time/date.
3) You will not be allowed any electronic devices in the testing room including cell phones and electronic watches.
4) You will need to be at the school no later than 7:25 AM on your testing day and plan to stay until approximately 12:00PM.
Test Training Dates
Please attend ONE of the test training days: April 15th @ 1:00PM or April 16th @ 6:00PM
You are welcome to sign up for multiple days. Please understand you will not be assigned to proctor in your students' classroom. If you have any questions, please contact Kimberly.Nevels@dcsms.org.
